Scope of the regulations

The purpose of data management is to fulfill the customer agreement.
Responsibility for the transmitted or stored data content
The seller may only access the data insofar as this is necessary to fulfill the contract. If the seller becomes aware of a communication or personal data during the performance of the contract, he may not allow other parties to take note of its content, with the exception of the organizations that are authorized to collect confidential information under the conditions set out in a separate law, as well as the Court.
